Season V Opening Night is guaranteed to be an evening of outstanding music as we welcome home our own, Maestro Kellen Gray and present the United States Premier of the Matthew Rooke, “The Isle is Full of Noise”. A piece that was commissioned by the Royal Scottish Orchestra as part of its home-grown Scotch Snaps series. It is a short and exuberant fanfare that Rooke composed to celebrate the return to live music in the U.K. following the pandemic.
